Pay per angle per product. Suitable for jewellery, ghost mannequin apparel, shoes, handbags, homewares, stationary, electronics, food products, and small products (under 60em by 60cm by 60cm), which can be brought into our studio for photo shoots.

Our team will carefully retouch each photo prior to delivery. They will examine and adjust colour and brightness levels to ensure proper tone and exposure. Minor flaws such as dust, lint, or scratches will be digitally removed.
This resolution makes for good print and web quality and is pretty much a requirement for anything that you want hard copies of, especially to represent your brand or other important printed materials.

Our standard turnaround time of 7-10 business days starts when we receive the product and the order is placed. All our turnaround times are guaranteed to be delivered within the turnaround specified in the confirmation email.
The edited images are shared via an online folder where you can view and download images. The images can be stored for up to 90 days in our online folder.
If you tell us clearly how to photograph your product and we don’t do it that way, we’ll redo it for free.
The starting step for a great result is to, fill in the order form with your requirements. You may provide styling guides and inspirational photos as guide and reference for our photographers to follow.
Group shots require additional time for setup, editing and product preparation. Based on the details and complexity of the group shots we will provide you with a quote.
The oversized items are quoted separately, if the size exceeds 60 cm by 60 cm. Once we receive your product details, the quotation will be based on the size of product.
Products with shiny and reflective surfaces may require additional charges and will be quoted prior to photography.
We provide steaming services at a reasonable price to remove wrinkles on garments and fabrics. Hard to reach places, permanent marks, erosions, tears will be removed digitally (editing charges apply).
For those in hurry, we provide rush service to deliver you images within 4 working days. Additional charge of 100% will apply. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Work process

Fill in the contact form to receive a quotation. Choose the services you need, specify your budget, and the number of products, match examples, and deliverables, and briefly describe your brand so we can get back to you with a quotation.

Upon accepting the quotation & terms, you can bring in the products personally or by choosing a shipping provider of your choice (Grab/ Ninjavan/ Pick up) for scheduling a drop-off at our studio. Please notify us on the shipping details.Β

If you are a new client (applicable only to orders of 50+ images) or have a complex order, we suggest ordering test shots (free of cost). Test photoshoots are a great way to confirm guidelines, image quality, angles, lighting, and other details. It helps to align the imagery with your expectations.
We provide up to 2 test shots, which exclude retouching.
This is especially beneficial for orders with 50+ shots or complex setups.
Once you are satisfied with the test results, we can proceed with the order form.
Your products will be photographed on our professional sets by our experienced product photographers. Your products will be shot in the next available slot after payment is received. Order turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days.
If you are in a hurry, you can always select a rush delivery option (twice as fast) for an additional 100% fee (less than 4 days).
Each order includes 1 round of revisions. Minor Photoshop adjustments are always free. Make sure to provide clear directions in the form of a complete structured list of edits from everyone involved at once. This list should include images with marked areas that need to be changed or improved.
Our Totally Reasonable Reshoot Policy
If you tell us clearly how to photograph your product and we don’t do it that way, we’ll redo it for free.
If you change your mind or want something different than what you specified in the directions then that will be a paid reshoot.
All revision requests must be made within 5 business days after we receive the images. After 5 business days, all revisions will be paid.
We will take up to 2 busi ness days to assess your request. We’ll let you know if the edits can be made in retouching or need a reshoot, and if they are paid or free of charge.
Retouching edits can take up to 3 business days. Reshoots might need the standard turnaround time of 7-10 business days.

We’ll review your form and ask more questions if needed. Once everything is clear, we’ll send you a quotation. Each quotation contains studio location, proposed shot list, project deliverables, total price, and order turnaround time.

After receiving your products, we’ll confirm the total number of items delivered and make sure they are prepped for the photo shoot (steaming, cleaning, removing labels, etc)
If the products received are not flawless(damaged/broken/ misplaced labels), we will request you to resend the products again. Sometimes, we receive fewer items than expected or we have to shoot more images than requested. So, we will reach out to you to clarify the details and make changes if needed.
After the products are delivered to the studio, we will send you an invoice.
We require 50% upfront payment via Bank transfer/ Cash/ Paynow to start the production of the photos. The remaining 50% is to be paid upon receiving of the images.
Once we’re done with the images, you will get a link to download them. Your images are stored in our cloud storage for up to 3 months.
You can proceed to make the remaining 50% of the payment upon receiving the images.
